Get in Shape with Google Assistant

If you are not already on vacation you are probably getting ready for your summer holidays. Getting in shape is never too late, especially when you can do it at the comfort of your own home.

According to CNET,  ”Google Assistant on the Google Home has several options to get you started on your wellness journey.

  1. Open the Google Home app
  2. Tap the microphone
  3. Tap the Discover Compass icon in the bottom right
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. You’ll see Arts & Lifestyle, Business & Finance, etc. icons.
  5. Swipe left until you find Health and Wellness, tap.”

Then, there are three ways to get fit. The first option, is according to CNET, Quick Workout which includes 30-second sets of various exercises for a full body workout. You can take a break if you have to. The only thing you have to do is to answer ”No”, to Google’s question ”Are you Ready?”.

If you are more into static exercises then you can try Five-Minute Plunk which will give you a strong core in no time. Don’t assume it’s easy. It’s not!

The last option gives you the flexibility to choose which part of your body you want to exercise each time. Just say “Hey, Google, talk to Body Workout” and you are good to go.
