Facebook Glitches Have Been Resolved
During the week internet users all over the globe faced difficulties when trying to upload photos, videos and other files on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. According to Reuters, over 14,000 users reported issues with Instagram, 7,500 with Facebook and 1600 with WhatsApp.
“The issue has been resolved and we should be back at 100% for everyone,” Facebook tweeted. They added that an unspecified issue had been accidentally triggered during routine maintenance. Facebook users, of which is over 2 billion, were shown grey boxes with no images, and Twitter users were unable to send messages or get notifications.
Facebook and Instagram suffered their longest period of disruption ever back in March with these also affecting WahtsApp in April. It seems Facebook can’t catch a break!
