Eightpoint Caters from Ragazzi
As many know Mondays and Wednesdays are catering days at eightpoint. This Wednesday however, we explored with a new caterer. For years, owners of Ragazzi Ristorante and Pizzeria, Andi and Paolo worked in Europe and then in Cayman. They built up their ideas and did their research, always knowing that their dream would be to one day open an exceptionally good Italian restaurant. Ragazzi is a place where customers want to return again and again. And for sure it is a place where Eightpoint wants to order from again and again.
Eightpoint had a Buffett style layout with a personal server. The lunch included breadsticks, greek salad with feta, onions, cucumbers, olives and a lemon dressing as appetizers. For the main course Chicken scallopini with a lemon butter sauce, Roasted potato and mixed veggie Fettuccine alfredo. And for dessert tiramisu. It was a success!
