Can’t Download Your Favorite App?
Android users from time to time have trouble downloading certain apps from the Google Play Store to their devices.
The cause may be down to several reasons but the main being a poor internet connection. If the Wi-Fi connection is not stable enough, then a “Pending” notification will keep displaying on your screen. If your device is connected to stable Wi-Fi, then you should make sure that you have enough memory for the new app.
If after the above steps of ensuring internet connection and sufficient memory available still doesn’t help then you should clear the cache and data from Play Store in order to eliminate undesirable clutter.
All you have to do is open the “Settings”, tap on the “Apps” and enter Google Play Store. According to Techjuice, “This will open up a list of relevant options; select the Storage option and proceed to Clear Cache. After this, tap on the Clear Data option to finish the job.”
If the issue remains, bear in mind that the “Pending” message may appear because the Google Account is still in sync mode. If this is the case, just let the sync finish.
